Smoking is not allowed in the Apartments.

Cancellation requirements

​

• In case of cancellations up to 3 months prior to the agreed arrival, only the deposit will be retained.

• Between 3 months and 1 month, a fee equal to 50% of the total price is to be paid.

• Between 1 month and 2 weeks, a fee equal to 70% of the total price is to be paid.

• For cancellations with less than 2 weeks' notice, a fee equal to 90% of the total agreed price is to be paid.

• In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be invoiced.

A local tax of €2.10 will be charged per night per person aged 14 and over.
